Wire forming is where a dish rack is won or lost. Two racks can look identical in a catalogue photo and behave completely differently in a dishwasher, purely because of weld placement and wire gauge.

What we need from you

  • A drawing, or a physical sample we can reverse-engineer
  • Target load and dishwasher exposure
  • Annual volume, so we can decide between hard tooling and flexible fixtures

What you get back

A feasibility note stating wire gauge, weld method, fixture approach and whether the design needs to change to be manufacturable at your target cost.
